Why OWT?

The OWT technology combines the advantages of known anaerobic digestion technologies with new innovations to create the ideal system for treating organic waste using anaerobic technology.
The slurry in the fermenters is heated and mixed evenly by constant circulation and external heat exchangers.
Thanks to the high-quality slurry produced in the OWT pre-treatment process and its uniform mixing and heating in the tanks, as well as the thermophilic digestion process, the digesters' organic load can be maintained at a high level. This enables a specific gas yield of up to 220 kg/m³ to be achieved.
All mechanical equipment is situated outside the tank for easy maintenance.
